The Bike

This is our project bike to showcase our products and specialty parts to illustrate capabilities. To fully demonstrate DMC’s design and manufacturing capabilities every conceivable part on the project bike will be produceded from 6061 Aluminum stock using the latest software and CNC machining techniques. Those parts include the gas tank, front fender, rear fender, seat pan, side panels, swingarm skirts, handlebar center support, outer primary belt drive cover, forward controls, 3D mirrors, air cleaner cover, carburetor cover/upper motor mount, brake line shrouds along with rear eagle inserts and hubs.
